RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns:
Products must be returned within 48 hours of receiving your order to be eligible for a return.

Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Initiating the Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Vastra Venture. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.

Reverse Pickup:
We offer a hassle-free reverse pickup service for eligible returns. Our courier partner will arrange a convenient time to pick up the product from the delivery address provided during the return initiation.

Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund Exceptions:
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

Eligibility:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item. 

At Vastra Venture, we believe in a fair shopping experience. To maintain fairness in our return process:

We monitor returns closely and notify customers with a history of excessive returns. Our team reviews accounts to understand reasons behind frequent returns. Actions may include limiting return options, requesting more information, refusing future orders, or account suspension.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or offer a full refund, including shipping charges.
